Hand wash with mild soap; avoid sudden temperature changes. Untagged interiors may develop a patina over years of tea — potters call this the glaze's memory.
Orders ship in 1–3 business days from our studio (made-to-order: 7–9 days). International delivery 5–12 days, fully insured. Returns accepted within 14 days for unglazed damage claims — every piece ships photographed and packed in straw-excelsior.
Our glazes are mixed in-studio from Sheshan clay and the ash of mountain brushwood, following recipes we have tested batch after batch. This is why the same series never fires the same way twice.
